We are a collective of Australian oyster farmers supplying premium oysters to restaurants and the public. Based on the Clyde River, in the beautiful New South Wales south coast region of Australia. Located in Bateman’s Bay, 4 hours south of Sydney, we work together with the environment, the seasons and the local community.

Our region is home to a diverse range of plant and marine life and holds a reputation for its pristine water quality and estuary health. The Clyde River flows over 100 kilometres, through 3 national parks and 10 state forests and is a highly valued asset to the local community, businesses and Yuin First Nations culture.
